Waka and Gucci's Fake Beef
So this whole issue of friendship and partnership between Waka and Gucci may be a publicity stunt, I'm hearing. They are saying that this entire incident is to help Waka cross over into more mainstream with the general public so he can step out of the shadows of Gucci. What a waste of time! White kids are listening to hard core rap just as much as black kids are! Anyway, here is a pic of Gucci and Waka's mom together at a club in the ATL. Lloyd Banks and G-Unit to EMI
Looks like the best rapper out of G-Unit, Lloyd Banks, will be taking his services to EMI.....including G-Unit's Tony Yayo, Mazaradi Fox and Spider Loc (these guys are total jokes, lol) Word on media street is 50 will be the executive producer of Banks' next LP.........ummmmm.....lets hope not. I do consider Banks as a loyal friend to 50...I truly believe that anybody else would have left 50 with a promising career like his....OH...and then there's that other guy....Tony Yayo...as bad of a rapper he is...he'll always stay close to the money and never leave 50.

Cashville Records is officially closed
Poor Young Buck. He has really been hit with some problems lately. First, his house got raided by the Feds who took most of his studio equipment and kids belongings....then Tony "non-rappin'-ass" Yayo puts him out on blast even more when he reveals on VLADTV that Buck has absolutely NO money at all and that they put a gag order out on him. NOW...his Cashville records is looking like it will never get lifted off the ground (partial thanks to 50)..and C-Bo and others that were signed to the label have taken their services elsewhere. Good luck Buck!

Fantasia's father, Joseph Barrino, told RadarOnline.com that his daughter is strong and with God's help, she will be okay. Lets hope so. And lets also hope that this is not another publicity stunt. Meanwhile, Paula Cook, the soon-to-be ex-wife of Fantasia's lover, said she has been embarrassed and humiliated with the lack of respect that was shown for her marriage by Miss Barrino, according to Cook's attorney.

Pusha T gets signed to G.O.O.D Music

Kanye recently announced that Pusha T, 1/2 of the group The Clipse, has been signed to his music label. I'm not understanding why both of them weren't signed because both of the brothers are can hold their own. Regardless, there's no publicity stunt or beef going on here. Word is that Malice is very happy for Pusha. I'm a big fan of the Clipse, so Kanye signing Pusha should be real interesting.

Foxy Gets Indicted.....No Surprise.

Well, Well, Well! After her emotional testimony interview on the Mo'Nique show....looks like Foxy is in trouble with the law again, stemming from a 2007 incident with her neighbor. Some lady named Arlene Raymond (Foxy's neighbor)...claimed that Foxy threw a Blackberry at her after she complained about Foxy's car stereo being too loud in front of their building. Fast forward to July of 2010, when Raymond claims that Foxy mooned her. She now faces a year in jail. Good luck Foxy!

Female Rap Group with almost 3 million hits on Myspace

 I still don't quite know who these girls are, but the group's name is Pink Dollaz, and they are surely making a name for themselves. The all-girl group from Los Angeles are teenagers who have their own musical style and swag that apparently, a lot of people like. Go check them out!

Cajun Creole Jambalaya Recipe
Spices, chicken, shrimp and sausage....no need for explanation other than GOOD! If you like gumbo, cajun spices and seafood, in the words of Michael Jackson, "This is it!"
Recipe Ingredients:
1 - pound smoked sausage, sliced
1 - pound chicken, pieces
1 - pound shrimp, peeled and deveined
2 - tablespoon vegetable oil
3 - cups chicken broth
2 - cups rice -uncooked
1 - can tomatoes (16 oz)
1 - cup chopped onion
1 – cup chopped green bell pepper
1/2 cup – chopped celery,
1/2 cup - chopped green onions
2 - cloves garlic, minced
1 - bay leaf
1/4 teaspoon pepper
1/4 teaspoon hot sauce
1/2 teaspoon salt
Cookware and Utensils:
1 – large skillet
1 – cutting board
1 – kitchen knife
Recipe Instructions:
As always, the key to great cooking is to be prepared and to use quality ingredients.
Wash chicken pieces and pat dry with paper towels. Heat vegetable oil in large skillet. Add sausage, chicken and then brown meats on both sides. Remove meat from skillet.
Next, add onions, green bell peppers, celery, green onion and garlic to skillet. Sauté over low heat until onions are tender.
When onions are tender, add broth, tomatoes, bay leaf, salt, pepper, hot sauce and rice. Stir thoroughly and bring mixture to a boil over medium-high heat. Return meats to skilley, reduce heat, cover and simmer until sausage and chicken is tender, about 30 minutes.
Stir in shrimp and cook until shrimp turns pink, about 4 minutes. Now your jambalaya is ready to eat.

Even before they're old enough to communicate words, they show expression 
They look at how you treat their mother, they look for your love and affection
If you're not around, they may look at other men for advice, which may be the wrong type
A daughter needs a father just as much as a son need his, so she doesn't get caught up in all the hype

That's why when I talk to my daughters, I make sure we have eye contact, and that they listen
