The ATL is Trippin'! Tashera Simmons (DMX's wife) admits that four kids outside their marriage ruined their relationship

X's wife says the four kids outside their marriage was the last straw
Okay.......this is the same person that said she fell in love with DMX while he was robbing somebody and called him her hero at the same time. None other than Tashera Simmons (DMX's wife, by law) has finally decided to take her life story and experience with the dog to a book. During a recent interview with Vibe.com, Simmons claims that the four kids outside of her and X's relationship was the final straw. LMAO! Oh really?!? It took four kids outside of that? Nooooooo....it wasn't the crack that X was on, it wasn't the cheating, it was the babies! BUT...this woman is only human. I just wish that I was as popular as some of these celebrities and their wives...my book would outsell all they tell-all asses! And of course you know what comes next after that...........a reality show! Good luck Tashera! Here's a little some of her interview with Vibe.com:

On Vh1's Behind The Music you touched on X's infidelity motivating you to leave him. Can you elaborate on that?

He had four other children out of our marriage and I didn’t know. I only found out about one, and it was the one in Maryland that was public. It was all over the news and I still was gonna try to make it work [but] after we did the show Soul of a Man, I guess the women felt some kind of way because he was doing a lot of paying child support behind my back and giving them money without me knowing anything. So once I came out in interviews saying this is my only daughter and this is my family I guess they started feeling some kind of way and they started sending lawyers and all these child support suits to my house and that wasn’t acceptable. I just felt like with the drugs, that in itself is mentally draining. I felt like since we’ve been together for so long I didn’t want to give up on him.

But when he started coming up with all these kids I was like I can't because for one, I have kids and I definitely don’t want my daughter to think that that’s okay. The drugs already was too much but then the cheating, I didn’t even know he had time to do that. I mean, I never put it past him; I never say never but without protection? There was just a lot of unprotected sex and I have kids to take care of. I started thinking about all of that and I was like, I can’t do it anymore. I felt he took me for granted.

It sounds almost like the Captain Save-a-Ho syndrome, not calling him a ho but…

I really felt like I could help him. But I know now that that’s not something I can do. I had to give it to God. It’s not like he was doing it purposely. He was just living like a rock star. The person I met was never like that. He was always loyal to what he believed in and even before we had kids, he used to tell me⎯because his mom, it’s him plus three other girls and they all have different fathers. When we got together one of the things he said was, “I don’t want to have kids by different mothers, I want to keep all my kids with one woman.” But once he got in this business it all went left. He just got really caught up.

Jeezy says there's no beef between him and Ross
I'm really starting to believe that Def Jam is behind this. Jeezy spoke with MTV News via phone and told them that basically, people are reading too much into the song and that he's not throwing subliminal shots at Ross. He said that if Ross' or any of his camp take offense to it, then they are insecure......shout out to Torch! Here's one of Jeezy's quotes from the phone interview:

"That's for real," Jeezy explained. "That's for anybody. I got n---as in prison behind that sh--. I feel that if you speaking on sh--, you gotta at least know who you talking about. That's like n---as speaking on Cash Money: If he ain't never been a part of Cash Money, [then] I'mma speak it better if I'm a part of Cash Money. To me, [Black Mafia Family] was real. I know all the members. Who else would say a line like that but me? I'm one of the few people who can say that, so I said it. That's real life, though. You gotta know the crew, baby. I thought that was the purpose of the game: to get on records and talk your sh--, right?

Now you tell me.....what's your opinion on this? I say there's still some issues between the two camps.......AND Def Jam is sitting back laughing and profiting off of this.

Since Waka's mom has said she was "pissed" that Vibe.com twisted her son's words.....Vibe.com has released the actually interview that had with Waka over the phone. Sorry Miss Deb (Waka's mom)...but you can't blame the media for printing words that came from your son's mouth. The proof's in the pudding if you ask me. This should get real interesting within the next few months. We'll see if it dies down, or if we get any new releases. Hmmmmmm???? Good luck Miss Deb, Gucci and Waka!

The ATL is trippin'!
What the hell is going on down south! My parents live in tha A and I enjoy my visit with them everytime I'm down there. However, looking at the news there is like watching a movie...you just have to get you a big Coke and a tub of popcorn for some of the interesting crimes you hear. Like for instance, the guy who attempted to rob a hotel clerk and accidentally shoots himself in the head at the same time he shot the clerk in the stomach. The clerk survived, but of course the robber was killed instantly. This happened in a south Atlanta hotel and was reported by the Channel 2 News there...along with a security video that caught the entire robbery on film. Meanwhile, a principal at an elementary school in Dekalb County was robbed on her first day of school after getting out of her vehicle. Principal Rita Harper, of Stone Mill Elementary, said she was attacked and robbed in the school's parking lot. To make things even worse, a school aged child is accused of doing it. While it was DeKalb County's first day of school, there were only two teenagers who didn't go to school...a 15 and 13-year-old. Police caught the two allegedly stealing a flatscreen T.V. out of an apartment complex. They also found the principal's cell phone and other items belonging to her. Both were charged with burglary, but a spokesperson for DeKalb County Police said that the 13-year-old was not involved in the robbery of the principal. Harper was taken to the hospital and treated for her injuries and is determined to return to work. But after this incident, some parents aren't so convinced that the school or neighborhood is safe for their children. I wonder what the 15 and 13-year-old's parents were...or if they even knew that their kids were not in school. Sometimes, we have to stop putting blame on the parents because they have no control over what these kids do when they are out of their site. Although, I believe raising a child does start from the household. Here's the link below:

Tyga's Next!

After the successful release of Drake's rookie album, and with Nicki Minaj about to drop Pink Friday soon, Young Money/Cash Money is winning right now. And you might ask who's next to blow out of the camp? I believe it's Tyga. Over the last few years, I've witnessed Tyga grow lyrically as an artist and become more confident with himself under Lil' Wayne's wing. He is the younger brother of leading vocalist of the Gym Class Heroes, Travis McCoy. Out of all of his mixtapes, I have to say that his and Chris Brown's mixtape, "Fan of a Fan" has to be the most popular, and the one that has given Tyga a lot of attention and raised a few eyebrows. Check his latest release ft. Lil' Wayne called, "I'm on it." Click on the link below:

F.L.Y. Recipe
Oven Fried Chicken
Crispy Oven Fried Chicken
Since I've been dieting and have divorced fried foods, I still want would like to have a friendly and cordial relationship with her. The question is.....does she want to have a relationship with me? But I think I've found a way with this oven fried chicken recipe provided by www.soulfoodandsoutherncooking.com:

Believe me it's possible to create oven fried chicken that's both crisp and crunchy. If you don't thinks so follow along and give this fried chicken recipe a try.
The secret to this recipe is pre-soaking your chicken breast in salt, vinegar and water for several hours before cooking. This mixture helps to tenderize and seal in the natural juices of your chicken while it cooks. Therefore, you don't have to worry about dried out chicken.

Oven Fried Chicken

Recipe Ingredients:
1/2 cup warm water
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon white vinegar
boneless, skinless chicken breasts
1 egg, beaten
1/2 cup buttermilk
1 teaspoon poultry seasoning
1 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon seasoning salt
1/8 teaspoon ground red pepper
Cooking Instructions
Prepare your soaking solution by dissolving salt in warm water. Once the salt has dissolved, add the vinegar to the salt solution. Place chicken breast in a container with lid, and add salt water solution and enough water to cover the chicken. Cover and refrigerate for 3 to 6 hours.
In a large bowl, whisk together egg and buttermilk. In a paper bag or zip lock plastic bag combine bread crumbs, poultry seasoning, black pepper, salts and paprika. Now it’s time coat your chicken.
To coat each piece of chicken, first dip in buttermilk solution then place in bag with bread crump mixture and shake well to evenly coat each breast. Place coated chicken breast onto a container, cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 1 hour.
Place baking sheet in oven and preheat oven to 450 degrees Fahrenheit. Remove hot baking sheet from preheated oven. Spray both sides of chicken breast with cooking spray and place on hot baking sheet. Bake until internal temperature of chicken reads 160 degrees Fahrenheit and juice run clear. Total cooking time should be somewhere around 30 to 35 minutes.
Brown the top of your chicken by broiling 4 inches from broiler for about 4 to 6 minutes.

The Connection

Holding Hands Stickers by nmldavies
Living life without a care in the world as if we were going to die tomorrow, that's how we became so close so quick
Our bond couldn't be broken even if we tried to deny each others love for one another, our love was that thick
Protected became unprotected, lust turned into trust
Your fire became my desire, and me and you became one and turned into us
So how did the connection become so disconnected
Was it my feelings for you that you felt like I neglected
Did the cheating and thoughts of me being with another woman run through your mind and become clear through your eyes
Or was it the jealousy and anger that ran through your mind and how you constantly tried to catch me in all kinds of lies
If so, I wish I could have seen this disconnection come a lot sooner
I guess it's true that your past can really affect your future
